Our story

A real steakhouse, right here in Blount County.

Fuego started with a simple idea: you shouldn't have to drive an hour to get a great steak. So a local family built the kind of place they'd want to eat at.

We trim every cut by hand and finish it over open flame. The sides are scratch-made. The bar pours real bourbon and cold cocktails, and weekends bring live music in the room. Family-run, no fuss, everybody welcome.
